Bir Protik (literally, Symbol of Bravery or Idol of Courage) is the fourth highest gallantry award in Bangladesh. This award was declared on 15 December, 1973. A total of 426 people have received the award so far, all for their actions during the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. Bir Bikrom (literally, Valiant hero in Bangla) is the third highest gallantry award in Bangladesh. Like the other gallantry awards, this was introduced immediately after the Bangladeshi Liberation War. 175 fighters have been awarded as Bir Bikrom on 15 December, 1973 for their heroic actions at the Liberation War of Bangladesh in 1971. The government of Bangladesh declared the name of the awardees in Bangladesh Gazette on 15 December 1973. This list has been prepared on the base of the Gazette.

Bir Uttom (literally, Better among Braves in Bengali) is the second highest award for individual gallantry in Bangladesh after the Bir Sreshtho. Since independence of Bangladesh in 1971, This award was declared on 15 December, 1973. Total 68 people have been awarded as Bir Uttom for their bravery dedication in the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. The Bir Sreshtho (literally, The Most Valiant Hero) is the highest military award of Bangladesh. It was awarded to seven freedom fighters who showed utmost bravery and died in action for their nation. They are considered martyrs. The other three gallantry awards are named, in increasing order of importance Bir Protik, Bir Bikrom and Bir Uttom. All of these awards were introduced immediately after the Liberation War in 1971. All the recipients of this award (Bir Sreshtho) were killed in action during the Liberation War of 1971.Award was declared by the Bangladesh Gazette 15 December,1973.

The 91th Draw for Bangladesh Bank 100 Taka Prize Bond was held and published on 30 April 2018. Prize Bond (PB) is a form of savings of Bangladesh Bank (BB) and it is interest-less bond. The lottery is commenced on every three months by Bangladesh Bank.

Prize Bond is a form of savings scheme offered by Bangladesh Bank, Central bank of Bangladesh, without any interest. As pre predefined rule Prize Bond Draw (Lottery ) held on every three months interval (January 31, April 30, July 30, October 31 of every year). Up to January 31, 2018 a total 90 prize bond lottery was held so far. You can download Result from the Bangladesh Bangladesh Bank website. Tk 100 prize bond are divided in different series. There are a total 51 series so far and each series has 46 prizes i.e. each series has 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th prizes. In order that a bond is to be included in the draw, it must be purchased before at least two months of the draw date. Number of Prize Bond is every series 10 lacs. The claims for prizes can be lodged within two years after draw. As per rule 20% tax will be deducted from prize bond prize money.

1st Prize – Tk. 6,00,000/- 1 for each series
2nd Prize – Tk. 3,25,000/- 1 for each series
3rd Prize – Tk. 1,00,000/- 2 for each series
4th Prize – Tk. 50,000/- 2 for each series
5th Prize – Tk. 10,000/- 40 for each series
Total 46 prizes for each series.
